Build a loyal customer base

If you can persuade someone to purchase 3 drinks over 3 visits to your shop, it usually moves from a one off purchase customer, to a regular customer. E.g. Offer drinks at 10% off every Monday's and Wednesday's or kids drinks half price at certain times of the day, or even a happy hour! This will introduce more customers to your store- new and old and will build up your customer base. The rewards from the new 'regular' customers will be greater than the initial cost of the offers. You could also consider introducing
loyalty cards.
