Multiple Cup Concept
You can increase your sales by having more than one cup size!
1 cup- will take 100% of sales
2 cup- will take 60% small, 40% medium
3 cup- will take 20% small, 60% medium, 20% large
Profitability increases when more than one cup size in introduced as the price goes up according to the cup size. If you bring in a third size to your menu, most people will go for the middle size, if you take the large size away, sales will then slide back to the smallest size
