Paper Vending Cup – Soho Design – for that coffee house experience from a vending machine
The Paper Cup Company, in a joint venture with DSL, has unveiled an alternative design paper vending cup. The Soho design cups are manufactured in America, where they out sell plastic vending cups two to one.
Following the huge success of the Avanti design cup, the market was looking for a more coffee orientated design.
Sales Director, Mark Woodward, who has successfully launched the Avanti design range of paper vending cups in 2005, acted on a consensus amongst vending operators that a more coffee house orientated design was essential to help the vending operator match the high street presentation.
The new Soho cup is only a change of design. It has the same shape and proven vendability of the Avanti cup. The Soho cup will be launched in the most popular size (8/9oz).
Excel Business Catering & Vending Limited, a vending company based in Nottingham, operating in the Midlands and South Yorkshire wanted to move away from plastic cups to paper, but wanted a cup that coordinated with existing machine fascias.
